Overview
Fîlês-vèkê Fêqê was founded durring the late 16th century in summer of the year 1489, by H́il̄ů Shonke. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for H́il̄ů Shonke.
Fîlês-vèkê Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fîlês-vèkê Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Fîlês-vèkê Fêqê is buildings are arranged arround a single restrictive split-log ties mainstreet with many smaller streets branching off of it which gives the town a over all rectangular shape, albit one warped and twisted by the nature of the curves of the main road. The town posesses a mighty albit amaturly crafted stone wall. It was built using querried stone blocks and posesses all of the standard defencive features, including a few watch towers. While it would last against a siege, the wall's outdated and simplistic construction method percludes the possability of Fîlês-vèkê Fêqê weathering a full scale bombardment durring a siege. Fîlês-vèkê Fêqê's budget focused millitary grade defenses are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.
Fîlês-vèkê Fêqê is not quite well. Something happened here, perhapse recently, perhapse long ago. Whatever it was, it settled into the very soul of the town like a festering wound. The people go about their day well enough, but there’s a tention in the air you can cut with a knife.

Points of Interest
Fîlês-vèkê Fêqê is cursed with recurrent spells of some troublesome disease. The affliction isn’t so fatal as to make living there impossible, but it adds suffering and expense to local lives. The plague might be the product of an ancient curse, the results of long lost toxic remains, or an unavoidable byproduct of whatever industry or purpose justifies the city. It’s probably not overly contagious, but visitors may be in some peril all the same.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Fîlês-vèkê Fêqê was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Fîlês-vèkê Fêqê lost 192 people, 372 livestock, and 29 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 140, when members of Fîlês-vèkê Fêqê's militia enacted an operation to destroy or capture a particular bridge. The operation was complicated by one of the key objectives in the operation requiring sticking to a very strict and short time table. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in victory for Fîlês-vèkê Fêqê's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Fîlês-vèkê Fêqê's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
